We loved their reporting module. It was customizable and fit our unqiue needs. We didn’t love the visual time sheets. We felt the appearance was clunky and not straight forward but it was something we felt we could work around. The pricing was affordable compared to other options we looked at but the CRM was not up to industry standards. We made the final decision to exclude them because they could not support multiple billing rates. We felt we could work around the other shortfalls but not that component. Still a good system though.

The system is great at what it does but is limited in it’s functionality. As a staffing company, it allows me to communicate with teams regarding the job they are delployed to. But beyond information sharing, it does not have many additional features. We need to track job progress, customer communication, and generate invoices. We have had to move on to a more robust solution but it did support our needs while we grew.

My overall experience with Connecteam has been exceptionally positive. I have a great liking for the Connecteam’s checklist because it has auto-reminders, so whenever I create a to-do list, I also put a time when to start and finish a certain task. Plus, it has GPS location stamps with my current location when I started my time tracker.

The Connecteam app plays a very good role in tracking my time. I can manage my projects and tasks well systematically and lots of functionalities that are all wonderful to use.

Before Connecteam, we had 3 softwares: Dokuwiki, Shiftplanning and Whatsapp. Now we only need Connecteam. It’s very flexible and I can customize how I need it.
