Each asset gets a patented QR label that any worker can scan with a phone camera to log who has it, where it is, and when it’s due back. Assets can be monitored from anywhere with GPS trackers, Bluetooth beacons, and NFC tags.

GoCodes Pricing
GoCodes uses flat annual pricing based on the number of assets and users you need. All paid plans include the mobile scanner apps, GPS tracking, check-in/out, and support. Custom QR tags are included starting on the Premium plan.
- Standard ($500/year): 200 assets, 3 users. Print-your-own labels, email support.
- Premium ($1,000/year): 500 assets, 5 users, 500 custom QR tags, phone support, and onboarding help.
- Premium Elite ($1,750/year): 1,000 assets, 10 users, 1,000 tags, plus file attachments and document storage.
- Professional ($2,500/year): 2,000 assets, 20 users, 2,000 tags, kitting (asset grouping), and offline mode.
- Enterprise (custom): Unlimited assets and users, API access, SSO, report designer, and data migration support.
Additional users can be added in sets of five for $400/year. A free trial is available.
