Plan Street has been really easy to work with so far. We really liked the way they broke down user permissions compared to the other programs we looked at. We are currently about 2 weeks into implementation and have no negatives so far!

Performance Issues on multiple screens
We were searching for a case managenent software to centralize our data but needed to assure it was customizable. We reviewed a few options prior to PlanStreet but found them ridgid and not flexible with their templates. PlanStreet allowed us to upload our forms and customized their templates to meet our organization’s specific needs.
Transitioning to a new phone or to a new system is always crucial. However, PlanStreet’s support team is very quick in responding and they make sure every single issue is resolved.
The best is about having dynamic forms. this has reduced the paperwork and increased efficiency
Since we are not much familiar with power bi dashboards, our team took some time to learn using it. Although PlanStreet support is helping us alot
PlanStreet is fairly easy to use. Staff are usually quick to answer our questions and make the changes we need.
I'm not familiar with other case management systems, but I've used data systems in other settings. I don't know the industry terms, so the best way I can describe it is that PlanStreet isn't dynamic. The fact that forms become PDFs instead of operating like the intake/case detail section is frustrating for us.
Overall, great experience. The team is very quick to help/come up with a solution. The system functions well overall. We are excited to use the newer features.

Once it is up and running, the day to day parts are easy to understand and execute.
More support is needed on the dashboard and how to use PowerBI, especially for people not familiar with it. Tutorials, videos, etc.
I feel like we were an early adopter. We’ve gone through some bumpy times, but it does serve our needs well now, and we are grateful for that.

I really, really wish we could pull up a document without having to download it to our phone first. I also really wish the case details would come up as the first screen when we pull up a case instead of the case board.
Overall it’s a really good experience. It’s very easy to use, customizable as per needs and the best part is customer support.
PlanStreet software is very customizable and secure. We can lay out the templates and forms to meet the needs of our specific programs.
So far it's going smoothly but as it is said there is always space to improve, whenever there is an issue the support staff is always there to find a solution.
