No training for the warehouse manager
They never took care of us. Never received a call when we went live. Millions of questions that were not easy to solved. No training for the warehouse manager, even when I personally requested it more than 2 times. The software would be good if they were considered someone to be with us for at least a week after going live. This is a huge investment, and they should verify that a company is ready to go live and everyone is well trained, otherwise is a mess. THERE IS NO written manual, so all questions only through email plus or you will have to buy an online training, we had to took one (took all day and topics were missing plus they never sent the recording video as they said). I will recommend everyone to choose another ERP and not this one, OR to choose this one but when they change the people in charge.
Pros
Measure works nice. The only training that considered practice. Everything else they charge for training and it sucks.
Cons
It is an old ERP, still running in "Legacy" software built 15+ years ago. It's like use windows on the early 90's. The price list for the vendors that are not in B2B are a complete pain, takes hours to put in on the right format if not days. Has too many different screens/windows and processes, not friendly.
There is no better software on the market
Used it for a uk company and we wheeled it out to a fleet of insurance estimators, most not too computer literate but even the oldest grasped the software and found it fast and accurate. sizes loaded straight from a leika disto bluetooth measure…….
Pros
There is no better software on the market, smooth and extremely comprehensive.Have tried loads of others but are not a patch on this. If you need something specific they will call you from America and sort it.One word……..Awesome!
