We went live with it last month. Being a government entity, we competitively bid some options. It was a cost vs. features analysis if you would. Visual Utility Billing wasn’t the cheapest annually rated. One of the options wasn’t in the ballpark with the others. It came down to Banyon vs. Visual Utility Billing. We ultimately ended up choosing this program because we like the way some of the pieces layed out. It was very clean, smooth, and modern looking while also being very user friendly. So far support has been great. I’ve got the personal cell phone number of our rep and he takes the calls anytime I call.

What I like best about Diversified’s software is the ease of use and diversity. It’s not just a billing program. We use features such as late notices and can run reports on anything we need and have the answer in moments.
