Geneysys Cloud has 3 pricing options. The basic Genesys Cloud 1 is $75 a month or $0.68 per hour. Next, Genesys Cloud 2 is $110 a month ($0.99 per hour) and includes more channels. Finally, Genesys Cloud 3 is $140 a month ($1.26 per hour) and includes all the features of the first two plans plus unlimited channel surfing.
