The Enterprise Enterprise software package offers all the tools you need to launch blended inbound and outbound call center campaigns. Use a pre-loaded list of numbers, to automatically places outbound calls and connect answered calls to available agents. The predictive dialer also allows the campaign manager to manually increase and decrease the amount of inbound and outbound calls on the fly.
Our company utilizes this program for marketing. I have personally used it for 4 full work weeks at this point. The program requires a number of bug fixes. The audio is unreliable at times. Meaning the dialer connects but the audio does not. The app connection is weak and will “pop” you off without warning in mid use. Another issue that appears related to multi use function is the option to manual dial. The option is in working order about half of the time. The option is important for our company’s use due to the need for “local number” display which allows greater response on outbound calls. Unsure the age of this software. With these items repaired it will be a much better tool.
