We had relied on Excel spreadsheets and paper files to organize our agents and finances.

Brokermint was a start-up when we found it, but over the past 3-4 years the company has grown so much and helps us stay organized.

Everything is tracked and everyone knows how to find what they need. This system has let us scale up from adding ten agents and we are looking to add more. We can graph our progress year after year. And we have one centralized dashboard to link with my CRM, Dropbox, and QuickBooks.

Brokermint has been the compass guiding us in the right direction.

We had paperwork and daily follow-up that would consume most of my workday. I had to sift through a lot of Excel files, dropbox folders, and google spreadsheets. I was looking for a way to automate my workflow.

I was referred Brokermint and it was a no-brainer for me to give it a try. I like to bring structure to all things I do.

Transaction management is very simple and most importantly, it’s not time consuming. I love the easy-to-use file upload and the ability to send emails to the system and out of the system.

We were looking for a tool to cut down on time-consuming administrative routines. We tried multiple transaction management tools. We ended up wasting a lot of time learning clunky inerfaces.

Functionality-wise, Brokermint was a fit. The interface was much simple and easier to learn than previous products we’d tried. The overall style and experience appeared to be a perfect fit to the company vision. Our website is fully responsive meaning you don’t have to download an old app to use it on your iPhone, Android or Tablet. The back office tool reinforces our technology values. After adding the white label solution it even looks absolutely the same as our marketing website.
