They continue to nickel and dime us for every other feature and with another price increase we have decided to look into other software. The software as a whole meets our needs but not in such a manner that constitutes the recent price hike. We also were under the impression the software integrated with Quickbooks but our numbers are continually off and we have to go back and manually fix them,
The softwre was recently upgraded and the invoice format changed. The font is now hardly legible and it comes off very unprofessional. Upon reaching out to support to see if something could be done, I was infomred there was no way to change it. Past companies I have worked for would never have let an invoice looking like this leave their office.
