Horrible! Worst customer support! Instead of fixing a known issue, they tell you to submit it to their blog support knowledge base, and if you’re lucky someone will look at it.
MLS connect for autofill only syncs a few fields not all. If I have to copy and paste data what is the point? My forms disappeared and Skyslope support said “maybe by the end of the week” I can’t work without forms! Transaction Coordinator & PB do not have access to my files I have to email them anyways. What does this product do exactly??? Nothing. It’s a glorified overpriced cloud.
We were having a tremendously difficult time dealing with all the files. Getting them catalogued, getting them into storage, we thought “Where are we going to keep this stuff? How are we going to keep all this information sage?”
It was all about the experience and whether it would be adopting by our staff and agents.
The chat is amazing. What I love is that they follow it up and ask if they met your expectation and how they could improve.
The user interface is fantastic. We get our login and can run with the program.
This business has become so regulation intensive. The ease is the key. I email my colleagues more things and I get answers back real quickly.

We used to have all of these files and we’d put them into boxes and put them in storage sheds and keep them. I’ve spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on storage sheds to keep these documents.
One of the things I really likke about SkySlope is that with the number of transactions we complete, it’s better for us to have access to all the offers we place on properties because as we know, offers don’t always get accepted so we attach an email address and all those offers are kept in one place and we stay compliant.
SkySlope is awesome. My team loves it.
