An integrated shipping solution for various ERP programs
StarShip is a small parcel and LTL shipping platform that connects to ERP and eCommerce options to streamline shipping, accounts receivable, and customer service.
Over 5,000 companies trust StarShip to get their shipments out the door on time and with minimal effort. Here’s how:
ERP & Amazon integration to streamline shipping, accounts receivable and customer service. Plug-and-play interfaces provide the warehouse with instant access to orders and invoices. Simply scan the document number from your pick sheet to auto-populate the ship screen.
Multi-carrier/Multi-mode: ship small parcel (including regionals) and LTL from one application; rate shop both modes with one click or have StarShip auto select the carrier/service based on custom parameters.
Quote/Rate Shop: give the entire office the power of rating small parcel and LTL through the convenience of a browser.
Multiple printing options: print shipping labels and documents (including international forms) separately OR go for an integrated packing list + shipping label. You can also build brand awareness on standard shipping labels by adding your personalized message.
Email: tired of boring carrier-generated email notifications? So are your customers! Build brand awareness, provide item-level detail and send emails out as shipments are processed.
Dashboard: no need to go back to the warehouse to gather additional detail on a shipment! Give the front office and management instant access to shipment history, metrics and reporting.
Warehouse Management integration: retrieve orders PLUS package > item information defined on a handheld.
EDI integration: to industry leaders provides a full Supply Chain solution.

Implementation was a nightmare, and their customer support is mediocre at best. They don’t follow-up with anything, and talk to me like I’m an idiot when I email them. Half the time I call their support team and know more than they do. I hardly ever get a response that’s actually helpful. If you have a Shopify site- forget it. If you have multiple items on one listing, it can only recognize it as one item. You also can’t set up auto-mapping for package sizes if you have products that are different sizes.
