User Reviews of ShipMonk

Very disappointed in ShipMonk’s service. They have countless issues: wrong product counts, missing items, slow customer service, and more

The Good…

There’s not much left we still like after the pain of trying to liquidate everything we had in ShipMonk’s warehouse. Maybe their clean website.

The Bad…

Their business practice with incorrect shipments and slow customer service.

We don’t get the right service for what we paid for. Whenever we reach out for issues like customer’s package was not delivered, packages that our customers received are damaged or packages had gone missing, they only tell us to reach out to the shipping company. The very reason why we reach out to them is for them to file a claim to the shipping company on our behalf since they have all the details needed to file the claim. They have vey high shipping fee and promise to deliver the package within 2-3 days but customers receive their packages 5 days delayed!

The Good…

Their platform is easy to navigate

The Bad…

Customer service is unresponsive! If they respond, they don’t give you a resolution!
