The system is robust and intuitive but needs a full-time IT person
The system is robust and intuitive but to be able to access it at its’ full potential you need a full-time IT person managing the software. Our smaller organization does not have the bandwidth to hire that type of support and we have been using only minimal parts of the system. Our team has resorted to using outside systems such as Google Office to meet their needs., needs that are offered within the system but are beyond our understanding or training.
It definitely helped with tuition delinquency
It definitely helped with [tuition] delinquency. Before, parents would have to go in and manually pay online. When we switched to automatic payments, it drafts to a bank account or charges to a credit card automatically.
And before, every year we would have to match the payment plan to the student. It was back-and-forth work with imports and exports. Now, it’s a one-step process. It’s a completely hands-off experience.
