PIRO also connects directly to our website through use of the Customer Portal, allowing customers to check on the status of their job orders on their own, and to QuickBooks, reducing the amount of time spent on data entry and giving us the ability to manage our business from one place.

Since implementing this jewelry management system in our business, the support team has listened to all of our concerns and always made an effort to accommodate our needs. They are a great group of people always willing and able to help and listen to our concerns.
