When I first started, I was using USPS.com for all of my priority, but then the rates went up and I was doing a lot more first-class. I started using Stamps.com and I wanted to use a thermal printer but I couldn’t get the software to be compatible with my printer using a Mac. So I switched to ShippingEasy and got my thermal printer working. They have great customer service and the rates are great.
I use ShippingEasy. I’ve used other services before but I’m very pleased with the use of ShippingEasy and the friendliness of the company. I do charge for shipping. I only charge $3 for one item for shipping and it goes first-class mail. I charge $6 for two or more items priority mail. If they pay over $150, I cover shipping for them. Because of this, I did research to find products that would save me money and my customers money.
