About Adaptive Reporting

Adaptive Reporting provides comprehensive financial, management, board, and transactional reporting, all available through an easy to use drag-and-drop report builder. Intelligent, dynamic connection to your Adaptive data means reports are always based on the latest data. And with easy to access web-based reporting plus comprehensive support across Microsoft Office, it’s completely self-service reporting for everyone.

  • Self-Service Dashboards, Management, Financial and Transactional Reporting. Drag-and-drop report builder supports multiple dimensions and time in rows and columns, comparison and drill down on actual, budget, and forecast data, and filtering by any dimension, time period, attribute, version, etc. Reports can be output in tabular or graph format, in HTML, PDF, or Excel. Conditional formatting highlights variances or issues that need attention and dashboards provide summarized visualization of actuals and plan data.
  • Management Report Books. Group reports together and output to HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF. Supports saving and store “point-in-time” snapshot reports, complete with annotations for archiving and shared reference.
  • Dynamic Connection to Microsoft Office. Connect existing Excel reports to Adaptive, or create new, presentation-quality reports from a blank slate. Refresh reports with a single click, and full connectivity across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ensures data flows from financial reports to board books and presentations, including narratives updates.
  • Sharing and Collaboration. Business users see real-time reports and analytics based on their security profiles. Document repository makes it easy to share and upload additional documents, such as best practices on the budgeting process. Report notes and comments are displayed as an ongoing thread.
