BuildTrak Sales Office is a relational, web-enabled sales tool that links buyers and sellers in a comfortable, professional, and personalized manner. As easy as point and click, buyers and salespeople view and choose desired options for plans and options. Buyers choose selections, room by room, and create the detail to arrive at their home purchase price. All Selection Center, Appliance, Sales Contract and Addendum/Revision documentation is produced. Scheduling, Warranty and Customer Service tracking follow. Once building begins, the builders cost and budget is automatically populated in BuildTrak without duplicate data entry.

BuildTrak is the backend database which allows the builder to maintain all data accessed by sales, suppliers, and customers. It is the repository for collecting and maintaining information as it will relate to job costs, materials, lumber, trades, suppliers, subcontractors, options, take-off’s, phased drops, plan and option detail, accessories, and revisions and will automatically create the budget for each project. It interfaces with many popular accounting systems and it will also create purchasing orders and invoices on the fly. The formula for a truly integrated approach is that all the information stored is accessed via the web or internally and is based on a relational database which keeps data consistent and current.

BuildTrak is the back office database which allows the builder to maintain all data as it relates to sales, suppliers, and customers.
