User Reviews of Copper POS Software

It is an excellent Point of Sale Program, easy and user friendly

The Good…

I would have appreciated working with Inventoria as part of the Copper POS program in the demo version

The Bad…

Inventoria should be part or be incorporated into the main Copper POS program and not as a separate entity that you can purchase to add on.

Very easy to learn and to use. I’ve used it mostly for books, but also on a limited scale for aquarium related sales. I tend to be very slow learning new software, but this was something I found easy to catch on to, without needing a dictionary to understand acronyms and abbreviations. It is also easy to customize a receipt or an invoice, even for someone who has limited technical skills.

The Good…

It does what it promised to do, and doesn’t bog you down with 100 other tasks that are mostly distractions or totally irrelevant. I have a strong personal dislike for extra bells and whistles. I despise my cell-phone (the simplest one I could purchase) because I wanted it to be a PHONE but it tries to be a thousand other things as well. This is a POS system and doesn’t pretend or try to be everything you need for every area of your life.

The Bad…

I’d like the options of adding one or two more columns to the description column. Being able to show publisher and distributor for a title would be helpful.
