Both the sales and customer service modules do an excellent job of scheduling deliveries and service calls. The sales module is very good at tracking large complicated deliveries and installations with multiple deliveries for a single sales order or work order. As a fully integrated software system, everything moves through the software to General Ledger with a clear audit trail. All customer information is tracking in a detailed customer history module. The programs integrate to third party entities such as buying groups, extended warranty companies and manufacturers to execute things such as warranty claims and purchase orders. Sales analysis is provided in multiple formats tracking margins, turns and GMROI by product groups, brands, individual items and sales people.
