PerformTrak

A project management application designed by True Systems.

About PerformTrak

PerformTrak is a flexible and object oriented application that allows users to identify performance requirements and track their progress. PerformTrak was developed to meet the high standard of performance measurement of the federal government. It allows the input of mission, goals, and objectives in the performance guide. In addition, a decision table is included to describe what defines a successful outcome.

Measurements can cover a specified period of time such as an entire fiscal year or a portion of a year for short-term objectives. Once a referenced task has been performed, individual inspection order can be accessed that will reflect each item identified in the requirements guide inspection checklist. Each of these line items can then be accessed and accepted as meeting the standard or rejected for not meeting the standard. Notes and time stamps are standard in the application.
