We use Traqspera for employee timesheets and love how easy it is to use. Traqspera has saved us several hours per payroll cycle by eliminating the need to enter timesheets multiple times (once on the job site, then again into our accounting system once the timesheets have been approved by management). The sync functionality is flawless and fast.
The rare time we have run into an issue, the support team at Traqspera has been very helpful and efficient at replying and solving the problem.

Traqspera is a program that allows input of employee and contractor hours along with asset, 3rd party and other charge-outs. All inputs funnel into the Daily Labour, Materials and Equipment (LEM) to show all costs for customers. This creates a detailed backup for invoices and summarized information for payroll. There are also a number of reports available depending on what is required.
I like the LEMs as they give a precise snapshot of a particular job including employee and contractor hours/costs, 3rd party invoices, asset billing. The program is really only as good as the input that goes into it so one still has to make sure everything has been entered before relying on the integrity of that LEM.
Drop down menus could be in better order and I would like to have completed jobs removed from lists. Also it would be good to have a “Back to Top” button at the end of a long list of payroll, LEMs, Job Reports, for instance. LEMs that contain more than 1 page need page nos. and LEM nos. on subsequent pages to ensure they don’t get mixed up.
Traqspera helps us manage our projects and get everyone on the same page. Before we used Traqspera, everything was a manual process, but now we can see everything real-time.
We used to have all of our timecards come through on fax and then payroll had to work through a huge stack of paper. Now everything is captured in the field electronically. We use Spectrum for our accounting software, and Traqspera seamlessly syncs everything so there is no double entry or extra work. It saves me close to 4 hours a week and has eliminated all our timesheet errors!
There wasn’t a way to search for employees who didn’t have a certain type of training. However, Traqspera asked us for feedback and were very quick to add this feature once I brought it to their attention!

Traqspera is a software that has the ability to conform to your company’s specific needs. The software developers will do what they can in order to customize the program to suit your needs. Saving money and time was the purpose of purchasing this software but once we committed to this we were surprised with just how efficient the program was, how quickly the crews adapted to the App and how much support was readily available by the Traqspera team!
We came across a few challenges…date order of time sheets when employees were reviewing their time entered and having the ability to delete a whole time sheet rather than deleting each individual entry. The good news? All it took was ONE email to have these addressed!

Traqspera is a great program for tracking employee hours and materials on specific jobs. It does a great job of keeping up to date files on each active employee. The program is easy to learn and implement.
This program is easy for our employees in the field to download to their phone and use. It takes our employees very little time to get the hang of filling out their timesheets and the office has access to all the hours being recorded at any given time.
There are drop down menus that list every employee who has every worked for the company. It gets cumbersome to scroll through the list of employees to find the one we need listed as the primary on a specific job. I would like to be able to make past employees invisible on the list so the process is smoother.
