About EZ- Archive

EZ-Archive will eliminate the problems caused by having too many employees in your system. This system provides a outside database for storing employee information. The system will automatically send selected history files to a special database which will clear memory in your system and cause Sage Abra to process data more quickly. Some of the other features available in the system include:

  • Archives selected information and posts to a file on the set date
  • Verifies employment history for all terminated employees
  • Restores information from the archive database by date range or specific employees
  • Fully integrates with Sage Abra Payroll
