About Simple Business Invoicing & Inventory

Simple Business Invoicing & Inventory (SBII) is your complete solution to managing your invoicing, estimates, prices quotes, inventory, billing, mailing lists and sales tracking. All invoices and bills can be printed on paper or emailed directly to your customers. The intuitive graphical interface allows your staff to easily learn how to use the program.

Customer Tracking

Each one of your customers is setup with an account in the system, and this is used to track a purchase history. Furthermore, SBII is perfectly capable of maintaining all your mailing lists; Customers can be split into 100 separate groups for mailing. Lists and address labels can be generated for any one or combination of the groups. Customer lists and product definitions can be imported directly from delimited text files.

Inventory Management

SBII will fully track your inventory by tracking your invoices. Once you add a product to an invoice, SBII makes the proper subtractions from your inventory counts. You can use either LIFO or FIFO inventory costing methods.

Invoices & Estimates

Invoices and Estimates are easily created within SBII. To create an invoices you must follow the software’s prompts and simply choose the customer and the products. SBII then fills in the invoice and computes prices with sales tax. Estimates/Quotes can be generated in the same easy manner as invoices.
