From what we have seen, they are very professional and well-rounded in their features.

The Good…

We haven’t yet purchased the software, but the professionalism of the sales department is very encouraging and helpful to us as we don’t feel pressured to buy and they have the patience to deal with multiple detailed questions.

The Bad…
