The trial version worked well for the cutting side, but after contacting them I decided not to purchase. If customer service is bad, then I won’t invest my money.
The cutting side is as good as Sure Cuts a Lot from what I can tell, even multi-layering.
Terrible and dishonest customer service
I’ve been using sign blazer for my is cutter absolutely no good what so ever I heard about this software and decided to give it a try best thing I ever done works absolutely amazing easy to use when you get use to it would recommend it to anyone who needs vinyl cutting software would not use any other program I’ve got three friends who has also purchased it since I have had it and they live it has everything on there you need counter cutting you name it it’s there no errors saying program is not responding 100% well done to the person/people who designed this program

There is nothing I don’t like about it
I had bought a Roland GS-24 vinyl cutter for use with my Macintosh computer. The seller said at the time that Adobe Illustrator will output to the Roland with a plug-in. This worked well for about a year, then Adobe made a new plug-in that made the old one not work. It would mean buying a new computer and paying Abobe each month.
I like how you download it right off of the internet. After loading it, took a bit of time to set up the cutter driver. They have a button you can press to know if you are connected to the cutter. After using the test version, I paid for the useable version. The code they sent did not work. We emailed them about the problem, about three hours latter, a email came with a working code. It would be good if the company would have a PDF with quick instructions you can print off for future use.
For the price of the program, it’s great. About the only thing I would say about it, is when it’s finished cutting, it goes back to the start. It should advance so you can cut your job off. It might be able to do this, but I have not changed any settings
Customer service stinks. Takes days for them to respond and they are so brief that they never answer your actual question. Then I finally was referred to another site that still hasn’t answered me back.

The software is not bad, the total lack of support makes this a bad software. After re-installing my OS, I could not activate the software and tried to get a hold of this “company” for four weeks!! to get the license re-activated. Zero response, software did not work, I lost quite a bit of Christmas business because of them and ended up getting my money back through the credit cards internet fraud protection.

Have followed all directions for creating a rhinestone svg to use in Cricut Design Space. Exported design, to cut with Cricut Explore and the design cuts 2 times smaller than file.
None at this time.

easy cut studio was the ONLY software that I could get to connect to my plotter. I just wanted to say thank you for creating a software that was so easy to use and to pick up quickly so I could create our graphics and information easily!
the software is SUPER easy to use and most self explanatory. I am really enjoying learning more intricate pieces of it too.
