The software is suitable for firms of all sizes from start-ups to large corporates allowing all companies to scale. UserRoles are defined from front-back office: Property Managers, AdminOps, Finance, Management and so forth. Each user only has access to relevant parts of the system. For example only SeniorFinance may authorise outgoing payments whereas other finance and admin staff may enter expenses or issue payment requests.
IDprop Pricing
The cost of IDpropr starts at $.75/unit/month with a minimum monthly fee of $50. There is no free trial available. There is no free version available.
There are no extra fees for additional users. Where revenues per tenant are generally lower (student/affordable housing and community associations), the pricing is discounted further. There is a minimum set-up fee of $100.

We are using IDprop storage software to manage a few hundred units across a few sites. It helps the business run itself and really frees up my time letting me focus on new acquisitions.

Our letting agency sources tenants and manages properties. We had been using multiple software systems none of which were integrated. Can’t think of anything
I own and manage a couple of Storage Buildings. Idprop was recommended. I was impressed with their ability to customize. AP and AR are simple to manage even for those who aren’t accountants. I get instant insights into leads, vacancies and for the first time my own CRM all in one platform. It also handles bookings and payments. You should definitely check it out.

My husband and I rent a couple of storage units. We were pleasantly surprised to be given such lovely software with real time charts and data. We get alerts, invoices, payment histories and messaging inside the software.

I’m a tenant using IDprop software. It’s awesome. I get access to alerts, messaging, can order repairs, check payments and do everything online - no need to call up or wait.
Booking repairs online, dashboard with live updates and security: encrypted emails. Surveys are also pretty well-designed. I’m self-employed and get to write off part of my rent so having monthly invoices is also useful.
Can’t think of anything but I can say other places I rented never gave me this kind of dashboard.
We run a small portfolio of residential properties and recently changed property manager as we needed real-time data on payments, vacancies, arrears and maintenance. We also wanted to consolidate our communication with the Property Management team and tenants and email securely. Now we get encrypted messaging.
A key attraction for choosing this Property Manager was their use of IDprop software. It covers everything we need and much more. No training was required. It saves us a lot of wasted admin time and is easy to use. We highly recommend.

IDprop is a first-rate product and simple to use. We love the fact it integrates client messaging with CRM, has great dashboards, automates maintenance and has checks to stop any over billing. We also needed accounting set up for property management - QuickBooks wasn’t working for us. We get great reports and small changes we wanted they did surprisingly quickly. Definitely worth checking out!
Pleasant surprises: willing and able to customise very quickly. We now offer landlords and tenants live dashboards and we believe this helped us onboard some new clients. Landlords get real-time invoicing and payment reports too, as do tenants. Best of all it includes everything - before we used too many tools.
Not enough press. Wish we’d come across them sooner.
