IDprop is suitable for Property and Storage Managers, Building Concierge, Community Managers as well as owners wanting an automated solution to manage their own holdings.

The software is suitable for firms of all sizes from start-ups to large corporates allowing all companies to scale. UserRoles are defined from front-back office: Property Managers, AdminOps, Finance, Management and so forth. Each user only has access to relevant parts of the system. For example only SeniorFinance may authorise outgoing payments whereas other finance and admin staff may enter expenses or issue payment requests.

IDprop Pricing

The cost of IDpropr starts at $.75/unit/month with a minimum monthly fee of $50. There is no free trial available. There is no free version available.

There are no extra fees for additional users. Where revenues per tenant are generally lower (student/affordable housing and community associations), the pricing is discounted further. There is a minimum set-up fee of $100.

I’m a tenant using IDprop software. It’s awesome. I get access to alerts, messaging, can order repairs, check payments and do everything online - no need to call up or wait.

The Good…

Booking repairs online, dashboard with live updates and security: encrypted emails. Surveys are also pretty well-designed. I’m self-employed and get to write off part of my rent so having monthly invoices is also useful.

The Bad…

Can’t think of anything but I can say other places I rented never gave me this kind of dashboard.

IDprop is a first-rate product and simple to use. We love the fact it integrates client messaging with CRM, has great dashboards, automates maintenance and has checks to stop any over billing. We also needed accounting set up for property management - QuickBooks wasn’t working for us. We get great reports and small changes we wanted they did surprisingly quickly. Definitely worth checking out!

The Good…

Pleasant surprises: willing and able to customise very quickly. We now offer landlords and tenants live dashboards and we believe this helped us onboard some new clients. Landlords get real-time invoicing and payment reports too, as do tenants. Best of all it includes everything - before we used too many tools.

The Bad…

Not enough press. Wish we’d come across them sooner.
