User Reviews of Explorer Eclipse

Learning curve is very difficult, support is very slow to respond and support will not share insight on how to resolve a problem when they completed one to keep us from doing again. We have been using the product for 3 years and spent $20k on payroll training alone and still it’s a challenge. It does not operate seamless at all. Very, very boxy program. 3 years and still not comfortable using it.

The Good…

Would be a really good program if it could do what they say it could. It does have potential. Needs more R&D

The Bad…

Learning curve is very hard and program is inconsistent
