The reporting allows many systems to feed into and out of FocalReview to provide a single source of compensation for an employee, thus allowing and company to see and compare employees equitably across divisions, states, countries, and company entities. The cost of FocalReview is $20 per employee per year for 1 module. If you choose to have all modules in the system, the cost is $25 per employee.
