Popular Features: SimpleHR supports the HR Administrators in their daily HR Tasks. This begins with reminders for critical events like probationary periods, performance reviews and training dates. SimpleHR also reduces the time consuming task of tracking attendance and vacations, benefits, training and performance reviews.
Integration: SimpleHR will integrate with QuickBooks® to reduce any duplicate entry of employee data. A live one-way transfer of QuickBooks® data to SimpleHR allows constant synchronization. We also have the ability to export to popular software like OrgPlus, OrgChart Pro and Visio to produce organizational charts.
Reporting: SimpleHR has over 110 pre-built reports, forms and letters to satisfy even the most sophisticated HR Administrator’s requirements. SimpleHR allows reports to be filtered by location, division, department and a selected date range.
Self Service: A new feature called Manager Self-Service is being introduced. It allows your frontline supervisors and department managers’ immediate access to their staff’s information, there by improving manager effectiveness and reducing administration costs. It reduces the number of calls into the HR office.
Setup and Data Conversion: SimpleHR does not require a formal and costly implementation team to come on site. SimpleHR has been designed to be very intuitive. SimpleHR can import existing employee information from Excel spreadsheets to eliminate data entry. All information in SimpleHR is available for export to Excel and Word.
