There are multiple modules within the software, but the one that we got was just with payroll. It is like ADP where you can process payroll for multiple companies.
It is very intuitive and there aren’t any monthly fees which a lot of the other software had.
The only thing so far is that you have to be on the same network as the client.
It looks like a Microsoft product which means it’s mature and functionally rich. If your employees are already familiar with the Microsoft interface, training should be straight forward. Also the Sage VAR channel is a valuable resource if you need local installation or training.
With such a large customer base, Sage can be all over the map in terms of customer maps. I’d say most are SMBs. The tie in to integration that Sage has to CRM, ERP, and financials, makes the HRMS an automatic consideration if you already leverage a Sage application.
