Solentris is a business software suite that provides accounting, order management, purchasing, direct shipping, inventory, and overall supply chain management.

Benefits

Web-Based

Solentris users do not need to install the software on expensive application servers, hire technicians to keep complicated networks running, or worry about backups, security, or upgrades. Solentris users can access and use their data from any computer with a high-speed Internet access – their work, home, or while traveling.

Virtual Manager

Along with a very robust set of business modules, Solentris also includes a Virtual Manager. The Virtual Manager is like having an employee continually monitoring the business and alerting appropriate users to situations that may need attention. For example customers who are overdue with their payments, customer orders which are late, customers over their credit limit, products with insufficient inventory, purchase orders which are late, etc. etc.

Customization

Unlike other packages,the Solentris software can be customized to meet your company’s special requirements such as pricing, commissions, specialized reporting. Data can also be exported to head office computers via FTP transfers.

Multi-Currency

With a base currency to report total business activity, the invoices, receivables, and financials can be in any other currency.

Affordable

Solentris is affordable. Except for a small setup charge, you pay based on the number of users who access the system. There is no long-term contract. You can try Solentris and cancel within six months if not completely happy. Even the setup charge will be refunded.

Two Versions

There are two versions of Solentris, Solentris Lite for those companies who only need the Distribution System modules such as Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales Management or full Solentris which includes General Ledger, Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Forecasting, and Supply Chain.
