The CRM application included in SmartVendor allows you to retrieve customer information by last name, phone number or customer number. This application gives you the ability to track customer profiles on whatever characteristics you choose. This customer tracking will give you quick access to account balances, personal shopping history, and profitability. Each customer can have additional notes entered into them. You are able to generate mailing labels directly from the register, using the data stored in this CRM application.
The Inventory Management application included within SmartVedor gives you outstanding control over your inventory. You are able to setup low-stock alerts, to prompt re-ordering by your staff. You can track inventory by an unlimited number of SKUs, UPC codes, and class codes. You can also use or suppress inventory fields to suit your stock-keeping needs. Prices may be calculated using marginal, mark-up, or promotional pricing methods. Finally, this application gives you the ability to instantly access inventory items through look-up windows for supplier, category, product code, location or other fields.
With smart vendor you can easily scan product or use hot keys to enter popular items, and charge for them. You can instantly search for products by description, manufacturer’s number, product group or UPC codes. Additionally, if needed you can suspend one transaction allowing you to check-out other customers until the issue is resolved. All transactions are performed on one screen, and this incredibly user friendly POS system requires little training to use.
This application (included in SmartVendor) will guide you through the entire purchase order process. You are given the option to print price tickets with bar code labels at time of ordering or when goods are received. Merchandise is received directly into inventory, with the option of attaching special instructions to each item for vendors or receiving personnel. You are also given the ability to receive partial purchase orders, and use the vendor’s product number when receiving
Smart e-Store is an add-on module that allows you to put your inventory on your website. This product can support thousands of products, and can automate many of the processes in running an e-store. On the website you can display product availability, sale pricing, available sizes and colours, multiple photo views and much more.
This add-on module will allow you to instill customer loyalty by providing them with an incentive program. Every time a customer makes a purchase, you reward them with bonus points that they can redeem for store merchandise at any time. This product will dramatically increase repeat purchases for your retail operation.
SmartPromo is an optional module that works with SmartVendor. This module allows you to create promotional pricing schemes with the intent of increasing repeat business. Promotional pricing can help you move more inventory on a daily basis.
This add-on module allows you to create service contracts and work orders. All contracts and orders are then automatically recorded and tracked through every phase of service.
