User Reviews of SPS Commerce Cloud EDI

EDI is outdated and soon to be irrelevant, API is quicker and more efficient. Especially when being used for dropshipping because of the cost per document which can ranges from 3-6 ($0.42/each). So $2.10 on a $7.50 item, you do the math…

The Good…

NOTHING. Not just SPS but EDI in general

The Bad…

All the manual entry. They tell you there’s “automation” but it’s childs-play. Customer support and the onboarding is terrible, basically just gave me the program and I had to figure it out on my own.
