We have 1,300 to 1,400 employees. We have a mix of customer environments we work in. We were in a difficult situation where our payroll and HR system were separate from our time keeping system. This was a huge burden on our payroll team.

In time’s past we did everything by paper. We’d have to sort by work orders and make sure their time matched up, and employees would become accounting clerks which left less time for something else.

Kronos has turned that into less than half the time spent instead of 25-30 hours doing payroll we only spend 10 hours which leaves time for more meaningful activities.

We can see more than 1/3rd of the company migrate to the mobile platform. Our sites are large and having people wait to clock in and out is time consuming. The geofencing lets employees sign in when they are on site. IT lets us see where our guys have been and what projects they have been on. The employees can make requests for days off and see how much time they’ve accrued.
