Bamboo has managed to balance simplicity with complexity. It’s complex on the back-end to create reports and onboarding checklists. I haven’t seen an HR software that has been able to balance that yet.

It was important to find a system that was easy to use for all employees remotely. The self-service aspect is invaluable.

The ability to send files remotely with an electronic signature is huge.

We weren’t looking for something overly complicated with a lot of features. We wanted to get it up and running quick with easy employees. We didn’t want employees knocking on our door asking how to use it.
