ProductionNet

A production management software that identifies issues and facilitates team collaboration.

About ProductionNet

ProductionNet is a production tracking software for manufacturers and logistics companies. Real-time performance dashboards, data entry capabilities, and production boards are available on any web browser, on any device. ProductionNet empowers continuous improvement and operational excellence activities by clearly displaying Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and allowing users to drill-down into downtime and defect reasons across production lines, tools, and work centers.

Data enters the cloud-based system typically through operator entry on tablets at the work center. Entries are immediately visible on the ProductionNet Live digital whiteboard, with green for good performance and red for missed targets. In addition to multiple industry-standard reports, the unique Total Loss Overview (TLO) shows downtime, defect, and performance loss in a single view, allowing quick identification of issues. Different dashboards are available for supervisors, plant managers, and executives based on their scope of responsibility.

ProductionNet deploys quickly, within hours, not months. Data can easily be exported from the system.
