Have been a user since the year 2000. This software has grown with us in every possible way. We are a manufacturer/distributor in the Midwest and the Expandable system handles all of our manufacturing needs. It is also SQL based, so it allows for easy access to the data and creation of additional features is facilitated. Expandable continues to grow its product, and recently has introduced an EDT (EDI) module that covers most documents that are required in the supply chain. In addition, the company is offering Web Service API’s that will allow seamless integration into the database with access to the underlying business logic. Customer service is easy to reach and the knowledge base is wide and deep. Implementation is straightforward with well thought out and crafted technical support documentation. The software can be installed in a typical client/server mode and recently they introduced a cloud based version. All in all, this is a well designed, well supported, and well run company that has a vision for the future and follows the road map that they have crafted. Product continues to evolve, and knowledge base at the company is outstanding. The software was reasonably priced, easy to install, and simply works right out of the box.
