The Assessment Manager is a field audit tool that can be used on Windows based PCs, Laptops, and Tablet PCs. This module was custom designed based on the specifications of both private sector EH&S audit consultants, input from various Federal agencies and recommendations from end-users. This product will generate a facility specific database that can generate reports and allow migration of the entire database to the web-based environmental management program. The main purpose of this program is to standardize and streamline the audit data collection process. This product will assist your auditors in identifying non-compliance findings based on local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, this application can also include industry or organization specific compliance/guidance manuals if desired. Assessment Manager’s regulatory database is updated, as part of Plateau Software’s standard Software Care Program, on either a quarterly or semi-annual basis depending on your needs.
DCMS is a web-based, fully dynamic questionnaire generator. This program is perfect for any organization looking to gather information. Potential respondents are sent an e-mail requesting their participation in a survey. All responses are stored in a central database where an unlimited number of reports can be produced instantly. This program is fully capable of parent-child questioning, meaning depending on the response to one question, respondents will be shown a selected ‘child’ question. This product can be used to fulfill many functions (e.g. audit support, asset management tracking, resource identification, final assembly component parts tracking, marketing/sales research, general research, etc).
The Mobile Checklist gives your staff a new way to create, clone, and edit electronic checklists. Mobile checklist allows gives you a fully functional synchronization tool and allows you to perform rapid assessments on multiple facilities within a short period of time. The use of Plateau’s Mobile checklist permits rapid assessments of multiple facilities within short span of time.
Mobile Checklist is the first and only ‘Mobile Checklist’ application in use within the Department of Defense.
The Mobile Checklist application works with either a laptop or tablet PC using either the Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating systems.
Mobile ICAP allows your external contractors and your staff to review findings generated from reports, and update corrective action plans. The Mobile ICAP application is a mobile handheld or tablet based application that can be used to download findings and update corrective action plan, status, add notes and upload the field observations and findings into the WEBCASS platform.
WHAM is a web-based audit compliance management module. Meaning this solution provides quick access to facility compliance issues while tracking resolution progress, and automatically notifying both the management and resolution team when action is required. Your findings and other information contained in WHAM can be imported from Assessment Manager, or alternatively, new findings can be written directly using the ‘Write Finding On-Line’ tool. This product can either be hosted on your web-servers or on Plateau’s web-server. As is the case with all modules, this module can be completely customized to meet your unique needs.
