Our Verdict:

We like that Infor CloudSuite Industrial allows users to create or edit existing BOMs quickly. We also found the Engineering Board feature useful for developing accurate schedules and cost visibility.

However, we’d like to see an expanded QMS with more in-depth corrective action features. Due to its broad feature set and the complexity of navigation, it will require extensive training.

Pros:
  • Multi-site and multi-company support
  • Built-in business intelligence
  • Comprehensive supply chain management
Cons:
  • Limited QMS module
  • Difficult upgrades
  • Steep learning curve for new users

Acumatica Overview

Acumatica is a well-regarded ERP solution known for its flexible architecture, multi-entity support, and mobile accessibility. It offers modules for accounting, distribution management, CRM, manufacturing, and more.

Its pricing model is unique, allowing for unlimited users and charging based on the resources and modules your company uses. This makes Acumatica an excellent choice for small and mid-level businesses with up to 200 employees, especially those that foresee growth and want to scale their software usage accordingly. However, this lack straightforward pricing means a consultation call is required to determine costs. It’s also worth noting that Acumatica can be a bit tedious to set up and has a high learning curve.
