Before bringing STACK on board, we were either having to get a physical set of blueprints and do an old-style takeoff with a scale ruler, or I’d have to email the file over to one of my vendors who would then break down the takeoff. The problem with that is it was taking two weeks at a time to get takeoffs back from vendors.

STACK has sped up things for me 10x faster than what I was taking before. It was taking 2 weeks to do something I can do in a matter of hours now.

I have saved money only because it’s expensive to print blueprints. It’s also the time and driving that you get to save from having to go pick up blueprints or a specific page.

Unlike most guys, I do ask for help. Right away I took a quick demo of the basic functions. The basic stuff was easy to pick up on, it’s a simple program to use. The smaller detailed items like learning how to edit, I had to reach out to support and get some feedback. They are very helpful and always return my call or email very prompt.

I think the simplicity of the solution and how easy it is to use is the best thing about it. It’s a very simple program to use and does an incredible job at something that could be very difficult to use.

We have a remote office in Florida. There are projects there and at our main location. We wanted to make sure we could easily share information. It’s hard to do that manually without doing a conference call.

STACK helped us to make that transition much easier between what’s happening remote or here. Also now it has probably saved us 3-4 days in a project just by being able to automate that.
