• Nonconformance Reports - Nonconformance Reports is one of our most versatile and robust modules. Manage and track your defects, customer complaints, supplier management and link to corrective actions.
• Corrective & Preventative Actions - Corrective & Preventative Action Reports is designed to capture corrective/preventative information related to products, parts or processes including supplier CAR’s and audit findings.
• Calibrations & Maintenance - The Calibration & Maintenance module tracks all your equipment requiring calibration and/or regular maintenance. The module helps you maintain records, schedule and stay up to date with all your calibration & maintenance needs.
• HSE “Health Safety & Environment” - Track all your production, quality and department specific records. Secure management level and financial or other sensitive records for the management team. Records can be synced locally, ideal for remote workers.
• Competence & Training - Competence & Training tracks your employee training requirements against approved training courses as well as process procedures. Identify all your employee training records and future training requirements with an easy to use dashboard. Competence & Training now includes TQA Quizzes, a simple easy to use Learning Management System!
• Audit Management - Audit Management is designed to allow you to schedule audits including internal, customer and external audits. Audit findings may be linked and referenced from the Corrective & Preventative Action Reports.
• Standard Reports - TQA Cloud is deployed with several standard reports out of the box. New reports and custom KPI’s may be developed for a standard fee on a client by client basis.
