We take dotloop and use it for everything we possibly can. We have a large academy and enroll about 3,000 people a year. We use dotloop to have them sign up with the company. That gives agents joys because they know it’s not just a resource we’re selling them on but it lets them see what they are capable of when they join on with us.

It creates a lot of consistencies around the company. We can write contracts on the kitchen table with a buyer who loves the property. These are things we can do that we couldn’t 5-10 years ago. Dotloop is shaping real estate transactions and how quickly they move.

It’s not a tool, it’s a different way of doing business. Real estate is always changing.
